Good afternoon. I am sending you this email to acknowledge the fantastic service I have received from 2 of your staff members. Sonya Emery and Bryan (not sure of his last name). My husband and I recently acquired a new mortgage and were referred to your law firm. I have a background in real estate so have come across and worked with many lawyers, legal assistants and firms. However I have never received the service and friendliness that I experienced with your staff. Sonya was absolutely fantastic. She replied to emails extremely quickly and always had the answers I was looking for. When we spoke on the phone, she was so friendly and a joy to speak to. When Bryan came to the house for the signing of the legal documents, he too was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to both of them for a great experience to a stressful situation!
