The service provided by Pavnit Grewal was by far the best experience in this entire process - she was prompt, available to pick up her phone, answer all questions no matter how mundane or simplistic they were, and be a shining light describing the process, even the process that did not pertain to her side of the deal, to help out someone that was new to the entire process. An example of this was when I required evidence of taxes being cleared. She conference called with me, without hesitation, to the city of Ottawa to get a solution resolved. This proves that she is a person that is results driven and a person that is willing to go above and beyond the expectation to ensure that the client has a great experience. She deserves praise, a pat on the back, to be a top contender for a promotion, a nice holiday bonus and I hope to see that if I ever require Nexera's services that she has proceeded up the ranks within the organization. If I could have only engaged with people as thorough and well versed in her field as Pavnit, I would have saved myself a few grey hairs.
